How do I install the Design LED lighting under the sauna benches with wood-fired sauna heater?

Want to create the perfect atmosphere in your sauna? With our Design LED lighting under the benches, you add extra warmth and style to your sauna experience. Follow the steps below to install the lighting easily and safely.

Step 1: Attach the LED strip

Screw the LED strip under the benches using the included brackets. Make sure the strip is secure and straight. Neatly guide the cables to the back, through a hole leading outside to the central junction box.

Step 2: Strip the cables

Carefully strip all cables from the LED light, switch, and plug. Use a wire stripper or a sharp knife to remove about 1 cm of insulation.

Step 3: Connect the cable connector

Cut the plug off the transformer cable. Attach the cable connector (as shown in the image) to the end of the cable. Connect it to the supplied silicone cable. Guide the silicone cable outside to the junction box and connect everything there.

Step 4: Make connections using WAGO connectors

Use WAGO connectors to make the following connections:

- Brown wire from LED strip -> Brown wire from plug

- Blue wire from LED strip -> Brown wire from switch

- Blue wire from switch -> Blue wire from plug

Double-check all connections and colors before finalizing.

Step 5: Finish neatly

Tidy up the wiring with clips or ducts. Ensure everything is secure and does not touch any hot

surfaces. Plug in and turn on the switch. If the LED strip lights up, your installation is complete!
