The following steps describe the installation of the door in your sauna.
Assembling the Frame:
- Mount the Frame:
- Assemble the frame with four 4.5x60 screws according to the working drawing.
Pre-drilling Holes in the Wall:
- Pre-drill the Holes:
- Pre-drill the holes in the wall with a 4.5 mm drill bit.
- Screw the Frame:
- Screw the screws through the wall into the frame using twelve 4.5x60 screws. Ensure that the frame runs smoothly over the hole.
Placing the Door in the Frame:
- Insert the Door:
- Place the door in the hole and frame. If it is stiff, use a rubber hammer to gently tap the door into the frame.
Attaching the Door:
- Secure the Door:
- Screw the door to the frame with eight 4.5x60 screws.
- Hide the Screws:
- Place the rubber caps in the holes to hide the screws.
Finishing the Door:
- Screw the Finishing Strips:
- Screw the finishing strips to the wall around the door using twelve 3.5x40 screws (four in the long side and two in the short side).
Loosening the Mounting Beams:
- Unscrew the Beams:
- Unscrew the mounting beams.
