How to Mount the Door in Your DIY Sauna

Assembling the Frame:

1. Mount the Frame:
   • Assemble the frame with four 4.5x60 screws according to the working drawing.

Pre-drilling Holes in the Wall:

1. Pre-drill the Holes:
   • Pre-drill the holes in the wall with a 4.5 mm drill bit.
2. Screw the Frame:
   • Screw the screws through the wall into the frame using twelve 4.5x60 screws. Ensure that the frame runs smoothly over the hole.

Placing the Door in the Frame:

1. Insert the Door:
   • Place the door in the hole and frame. If it is stiff, use a rubber hammer to gently tap the door into the frame.

Attaching the Door:

1. Secure the Door:
   • Screw the door to the frame with eight 4.5x60 screws.
2. Hide the Screws:
   • Place the rubber caps in the holes to hide the screws.

Finishing the Door:

1. Screw the Finishing Strips:
   • Screw the finishing strips to the wall around the door using twelve 3.5x40 screws (four in the long side and two in the short side).

Loosening the Mounting Beams:

1. Unscrew the Beams:
   • Unscrew the mounting beams.
