How does Welvaere deliver the Ducktub?

When you choose delivery by Welvaere, our own delivery staff will take care of the work for you. This is only possible in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. They deliver your Ducktub to your home, place it in the garden with you and ensure that everything is properly connected. So you can start enjoying your new hot tub right away.

Access to your garden

Make sure the passage is large enough to get the Ducktub safely to the desired location. The passage should be approximately 1.20 metres wide are and 2.30 meters high (depending on model). If the passage is narrower, you can often temporarily remove part of the fence.

Curbside delivery

Do you live in an area where we don't install ourselves? Then the Ducktub becomes delivered to the doorstep. In that case, you connect the parts yourself, such as the wood stove or the filter system, if you have chosen this. Our tutorials and videos help you step by step with the installation.

Delivery and connection by Welvaere

When you choose delivery with connection by our team, our delivery staff fully connects your Ducktub. All you have to do is fill it with water afterwards. Just make sure that the electrics has already been installed — this applies to hot tubs with power options such as bubbles, jets, lighting, filter systems or electric heating.
