How do I use the Utenfyr grill and/or baking tray?

From cleaning to oiling: this is how you use and maintain the Utenfyr grill and griddle for best results and longevity.

1. Clean the grill/baking tray thoroughly the first time. Grease them with a cloth and olive oil before use.

2. Use natural firelighters and the Swiss firing method to light a fire.

3. Clean the grill/baking tray with water and a brush after use. You can also take them out and put them in the dishwasher.

4. We recommend re-oiling the grill/baking tray with olive oil after cleaning. This helps prevent corrosion and prolongs the lifespan.
