What is the maintenance of the outdoor cooking products?

In principle, the Utenflamm, Utenovn, Utenkorv and the Utenfyr require little maintenance. We do recommend that the wooden parts, if they are present, are regularly treated with yacht paint to keep their lifespan as long as possible.

The stainless steel parts such as the baking trays do require maintenance. Indeed, these are sensitive even though they are made of 316 stainless steel. If you have used it for cooking, it is important to clean it thoroughly afterwards and rub it in with a little olive oil. The baking trays are dishwasher-safe. We also recommend that you do not leave these parts outside, but store them inside when you are not using the product.
