The buttons for the bubble, jet, and LED systems work based on air pressure. This means the button must be fully pressed and released to turn the systems on or off.
For the best results, press and release the button quickly and effectively in one motion.
If your bubble or jet system is operated by an air pressure switch, the air hose behind the push button might have come loose. To check this, remove the hot tub shelf and ensure the hose is still securely attached. If it’s not, you can easily reattach it yourself.
If the issue persists and you’re unable to turn the systems off using the button, unplug the system from the socket as a temporary solution. Then, contact us by phone to schedule a repair appointment immediately.
