In the Netherlands and Belgium, you can opt for construction by our own sauna builders. They place the sauna in your garden and only leave when the Tønsauna is fully set up and ready for use.

In other countries, we deliver the Tønsauna complete or as a kit. If the sauna comes complete, all you have to do is do a few small things yourself — such as installing the stove tube or installing accessories. For everything, clear guides and videos are available that help you step by step.

Warranty and service

Because we produce everything ourselves, the warranty runs entirely through Welvaere. This means no long waiting times or contact with foreign suppliers, but short lines of communication and fast service.

Our customer service team is available every day to help with questions or problems. As standard, we provide a 2-year warranty on every Tønsauna. Will something go wrong within that period (if used correctly)? Then the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
