How does the delivery of the Ducktub with a crane work?

How delivery works

• In Netherlands is used a crane with a range of 25 meters.
• In Belgium can the crane up to 15 meters reach out.
• For deliveries in other countries, you can use the sales advisor ask about the exact options and costs.

The driver of De Haan Transport places the Ducktub with the crane at the desired location in the garden, as long as it falls within reach of the crane.

What does scope mean?

The scope is the maximum distance that the crane arm can cover — measured from where the truck is parked to the location where the Ducktub is placed.

One range of 25 meters means that the crane can lift the Ducktub up to 25 meters, for example about a house, hedge, or garage there.

Note: this means not automatically that your garden can be 25 meters deep. The scope is affected by:

• the distance from the road to the garden (where the truck can stand),
• eventual obstacles such as a house, trees or a fence,
• and the corner where the crane must run to install the Ducktub.

The further the crane must reach, the lower the weight is that he can lift safely. That is why it is important to check beforehand whether the Ducktub can be placed within reach of the crane — this way you can avoid surprises on the delivery day.

Connections after delivery

Because the delivery is carried out by an external party, you close certain parts on your own, such as:

• it filter system,
• and, where applicable, the wood stove.
