How does the delivery of the Tønsauna with a crane work?

If there is no passage large enough to take the Tønsauna to the garden, delivery with a crane an ideal solution.

The Tønsauna is provided by De Haan Transport and placed directly in your garden with a crane.
Depending on your location and situation, you can choose between:

• In Netherlands: a crane from 15 or 25 meters.
• In Belgium: a crane from 15 meters.
• In other countries: on request.

How exactly does it work with those 15 or 25 meters?

The distance of 15 or 25 meters means not that the crane can actually go so far into your garden.
The crane is in fact in the street or driveway, and measure from the middle of the crane truck to where the lifting arm can reach.

In practice, that range is shorter because:

• There must always be remain room for stability (the legs of the crane must be able to fold out).
• Obstacles such as trees, roofs or fences can reduce the range.
• The further the crane must reach, the lighter the sauna is okay (a fully assembled Tønsauna is heavier than a kit).

Delivery of the sauna in its entirety

When you choose a fully assembled Tønsauna, it is delivered ready-to-use.
After installation, all you have to do is:

• the heater tube to be installed;
• and the add sauna stones (if applicable).

After that, you can immediately enjoy your sauna.

Make sure the surface is ready before the Tønsauna is delivered or before you start building.
The surface must sturdy, hardened and completely level are.
