How does the purchase process work?

Step 1 — Tailored advice
Our experienced advisors will help you find the right hot tub or sauna. Together, we will discuss your needs and see which model fits best.

Step 2 - Confirm quote
We will only proceed once the quote has been signed by you. This way, you can be sure that everything is correct and you can look ahead carefree.

Step 3 — Production
Your wellness product is handmade. Small adjustments are therefore easy to make, as soon as possible after ordering. After all, it is possible that we are too far in the process, which makes this no longer possible.

Step 4 - Delivery & construction

• Sauna: The sauna is delivered assembled by an external transport party, as a self-build package or we will build it completely in the garden (the latter is only possible in the Netherlands and Belgium).
• Hot tub: The hot tub is delivered to the doorstep, with a crane in the garden or by our own delivery staff who also connect it for you (the latter is only possible in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany).

Step 5 - Ready to use
If your hot tub or sauna is all you want, it's time to enjoy!
