Extra Assurance Hot Tub
What is included:
- 3 years total warranty (2 years standard + 1 additional year)
- Coverage for manufacturing and construction defects of the tub, heater, and frame
- Coverage for technical defects or malfunctions (not caused by improper use)
- Free call-out fees for service appointments within the warranty period
What is not included:
- Normal, natural wear of materials, especially wood, such as discoloration and greying caused by weather conditions and the natural movement of wood. Ageing of metal and plastic is also included
- Damage caused by improper use, insufficient maintenance, or external factors (storm, fire, frost, incorrect heating, improper use of chemical products)
- Accessories and consumables (chimneys, filters, filter glass, heater stones, covers, and loose accessories)
- Maintenance and service work outside the warranty
Extra Assurance Sauna
What is included:
- 3 years total warranty (2 years standard + 1 additional year)
- Coverage for manufacturing and construction defects of the cabin, heater, and frame
- Coverage for technical defects or malfunctions (excluding user errors)
- Free call-out fees for service appointments within the warranty period
What is not included:
- Normal wear and tear (discoloration, greying, cracking, capillary action, deformation of wood)
- Damage caused by improper use, insufficient maintenance, or external factors (storm, fire, frost damage, chemical products)
- Damage caused by failure to treat and adjust the sauna in a timely manner
- Accessories and consumables (heater stones, lamps, ventilation grilles, chimneys, aromas, cushions, and loose accessories)
- Maintenance and service work outside the warranty
Conditions:
- Valid for hot tubs or saunas purchased through Welvaere
- The additional 1-year warranty starts after the standard 2-year warranty ends
- Correct installation, use, and maintenance in accordance with the user manual are required
