Thermo wood

Our hot tubs and saunas are lined with thermowood — wood that has become weatherproof, dimensionally stable and durable as a result of heating.
It does not split, hardly shrinks and retains its natural appearance for years.

Fibreglass reinforced tubs

The Ducktub tubs consist of multiple layers glass fibre reinforced plastic (GRP), built with yacht building techniques.
Each layer has a function:

• BÜFA® Marine Gel Coat — protects against scratches, sun and chemicals.
• VE barrier coat — prevents osmosis and moisture problems.
• Multiple layers of fiberglass — for strength and stability
• UV coating — makes the tub colourfast and easy to maintain.

Thanks to this structure, our tubs are 100% waterproof, durable and resistant to weather and use.
