How many years of warranty does the hot tubs come with?

We think it is important that you can fully enjoy the purchase made at Welvaere. If the purchase fails within the warranty period, it can always be assumed that it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Improper use of the product is never covered by any form of warranty. When changes are made to the product outside Welvaere, the warranty on the relevant part of the product expires.

Hot tub warranty conditions

Our hot tubs come with a two-year warranty. This warranty applies to the functioning of the product and to proper use. The complete hot tub is placed on an even surface and is used for what it is intended.
