Can I add options to my hot tub later?

Add options afterwards? This is sometimes possible, depending on the status and location of your hot tub.

That depends on two things:

  1. Is your hot tub still in production with us?
  2. Or is it already in your garden at home?

Because we produce everything ourselves, the production process starts as soon as your order has been approved. From that moment on, your hot tub will be customized, including the options chosen. Do you still want to add LED lighting or an extra system afterwards, for example? Then report this to your advisor as soon as possible. As long as the hot tub is still in production, we can sometimes still modify parts. Our advisors can see exactly what is still possible at that moment.

Is the hot tub already in your garden? Then adaptation is often more difficult. Some extras require an on-site service task. This means that one of our technicians will come by, which means extra costs. With certain options, such as a jet system or filter system, it is technically very difficult (or even impossible) to add it afterwards.

However, upon request, during production, we can already provide a preparation for a filter system apply. So you can possibly have it posted later.

💡 Hint: When ordering, think carefully about which options you want or do not want. Retrofitting is not always easy — and sometimes no longer possible.
