What are the effects of power on my monthly costs?

An electric sauna operates on power current (400 V), which means that it provides more power than a standard 230 V connection. However, the electricity price per kWh remains the same. So you don't pay more because you use power.

What does affect your monthly costs is the power consumption of the electric heater itself. A powerful sauna heater consumes a lot of electricity, especially if you use it often. As a result, energy consumption can increase.

• Higher capacity = up to temperature faster, but also more consumption.
