Congratulations on your new Welvaere hot tub! A great tool for optimal relaxation in your own garden. To ensure that you can quickly enjoy warm and bubbling water, it is important to correctly install the heater of your hot tub.
1. Hose Clamps in Place
If all goes well, the hose clamps are already attached to the two heater hoses coming out of the hot tub. We've already done that for you. Now we can move on to step 2.
2. Stove Connection
Now it's time to connect the heater to the heater hoses. This is an essential step because it is through these hoses that the water you will heat with the stove will flow. Place the tub stove against the hoses and slide the hoses over the grommets on the back of the stove. Make sure the rubber of the hose properly surrounds the protruding part of the grommet and slide the hose clamp almost all the way to the end of the hose.
3. Tighten Hose Clamps
Tighten the hose clamps firmly with a socket wrench or a screwdriver, size 10 or 13 mm. Make sure they are tight. We don't want water to escape when you fill the hot tub.
4. Check the Drain Cap
Before you proceed, check the drain cap on the heater. Make sure it's tightened properly and firmly to prevent water from leaking out.
5. Placement of the Stove Tube
The last step is to place the stove tubes. These fit easily into the designated opening at the top of the stove. Remove the foil from stove tube number 1 and place it in the stove first. Then add the heat shield (if any) and on top of stove tube number 2 with the rain cap or spark arrestor if necessary. It's a simple but important step to properly dispose of the smoke from the fire.
There you have it, in five easy steps your stove is ready to use! Get ready for many relaxing moments in your Welvaere hot tub. And if you ever have any questions, know that we are always here for you. Enjoy! 🔥🛁
