How to use the pizza stone step by step:
- Use natural firelighters and the Swiss heating method to light a fire.
- Make sure that the temperature on the thermometer is constant between 250°C and 280°C remains.
- Leave the oven at least 15 minutes reach this temperature before placing a pizza on the stone.
- Sprinkle some flour on the pizza shovel, place the pizza on top and put it in the oven. Depending on the heat, the baking time varies between 3-10 minutes.
- Spin the pizza halfway so that both sides cook evenly. Use the pizza shovel for this.
- After use, when the oven has completely cooled down, wipe the stone clean with a brush. Do not remove the stone unless you want to replace it completely.
