How do I use the pizza stone in the Utenovn & Utenflamm?

How to bake pizzas on the pizza stone in your Utenovn or Utenflamm for that real Italian feeling.

The Utenovn and Utenflamm have a nice pizza oven that allows you to effortlessly bring Italian life into your own environment.

Use natural firelighters and the Swiss heating method to light a fire.
Make sure that the temperature on the thermometer is constant between 250°C and 280°C remains.
Leave the oven at least 15 minutes reach this temperature before placing a pizza on the stone.
Sprinkle some flour on the pizza shovel, place the pizza on top and put it in the oven. Depending on the heat, the baking time varies between 3-10 minutes.
Spin the pizza halfway so that both sides cook evenly. Use the pizza shovel for this.
After use, when the oven has completely cooled down, wipe the stone clean with a brush. Do not remove the stone unless you want to replace it completely.
