My filter system is leaking, what can I do?

Do you have a leak in your filter system? Don't worry, you can often fix this yourself by performing a few simple checks.

A leak is annoying, but often easy to solve yourself by checking a few points.

Loose swivels or couplings
Make sure that all glands and couplings are tightened properly. If necessary, tighten it tighter with pliers.
Drain caps not closed properly
Make sure that all the drain caps on the filter system and the wood stove are completely closed. When they are (partially) open, water can run out.
Drain valve open
Make sure the drain valve is closed. Is it open when the hot tub drain plug is not attached? Then the hot tub can empty.

Will the leak persist despite the above checks? Then fill out the [service form] and contact our customer service.

Keep your filter clean by backwashing and replace the filter glass and UV lamp in time.

Brown spots often indicate too much iron in the water. You can quickly solve that yourself.
