There is a leaf or branch stuck in the filter, how can I remove it?

Is there any dirt stuck in the filter? Then clean the basket in the filter pump as soon as it is safe.

The large dirt in your hot tub, such as leaves or twigs, is collected in the pre-filter basket next to the filter tank. This basket is in the filter pump and is visible through a transparent lid.

To remove dirt safely, follow these steps:

Make sure the hot tub is empty or that there are freezing plugs in the pipes.
Unscrew the transparent filter pump cover.
Take out the basket with the dirt.
Rinse the basket under the tap or with the garden hose.
Put the basket back in its place.
Close the lid firmly.

After that, you can use the system again. Optionally, perform a backwash to flush the filter system properly. This way, everything will continue to work properly and you will prevent blockages.
