I can't get my bubbles, jets or LED lights on/off, what can I do?

Are your hot tub's bubbles, jets, or LED lights no longer working? Here's what you can check yourself and how to temporarily fix the problem.

The buttons for the bubble, jet and LED systems work on the basis of air pressure. This means that you have to press the button completely at once and release it immediately to switch the system on or off.

Does this not work? First, check that the air hose on the back of the push button is still firmly attached. Sometimes this can be undone. You can check this by dismantling the hot tub board and seeing if the hose is still attached. If this is not the case, you can easily replace the tube yourself.

If it still does not work or if the system remains on, temporarily unplug it. Then contact us by phone so that we can schedule an appointment for repairs.
