In-House Production for Products That Fully Meet Your Requirements
Unlike many other suppliers, we design and manufacture our products ourselves. This allows us to create hot tubs and saunas of the highest quality that fully meet your needs. In our workshops in Nijkerk and Putten, our production teams work six days a week to make products that meet our high quality standards. Every finished product is checked against these requirements before delivery. In addition to being a wonderful addition to your garden in terms of relaxation and appearance, a Welvaere hot tub or sauna is also a technically sound product.
We Use Sustainable Materials and the Best Systems
For example, we use sustainable thermo wood for our hot tubs and saunas. This type of wood does not grow on a tree but undergoes a natural thermal treatment. Besides looking beautiful, thermo wood has several important advantages over other types of wood and therefore lasts longer.
The tubs of our Ducktub hot tubs are also of the highest quality. They consist of several layers of sprayed fiberglass-reinforced plastic with multiple coatings, including a UV coating. These coatings ensure that the hot tub tubs are easy to keep clean and that there is no tarnish from chlorine or water.
The systems we use in the Ducktubs and Tønsaunas are sourced only from market leaders. The built-in systems in the hot tubs are from the American brand Balboa. The heaters in the barrel saunas are from the brands Harvia and HUUM, both well-known names in the sauna world.
Everything in Our Own Hands
To offer a complete package, we also provide the option for delivery and installation of the hot tub by one of our own deliverers. Our delivery person will work with you to place your Ducktub in the right spot and install it for you. The same goes for our saunas. You can choose to have our sauna builders erect the sauna in your yard. The sauna team will only leave when the Tønsauna is fully assembled and ready for use.
If something goes wrong, one of our own service staff will quickly be at your doorstep to solve the problem. Since we manufacture our hot tubs and saunas ourselves, the warranty is also handled directly by us. No hassle with manufacturers abroad, just short communication lines!
